It is really good to be back in South Korea. It is almost like we never left. We have been spending most of our time this last month at home as the children have been sick, and we are acquiring a tough immune system to withstand the different germs here in Korea. I really love the area that we are living in. I wanted a place where we had room for the kids to play outside and I also wanted to be close enough to ride to a bike trail on the river. We have both of those things and it has already been extremely nice to send our oldest two out to play without worrying about their safety. There is one road down to the street and it is shaped like a candy cane hook. The rest of our neighborhood is scattered with stairs two playgrounds, and multiple water features that will be really nice when it warms up.
When we first moved into our apartment it snowed and we went outside to play and discovered that we lived right next to another military family with children around the same age as our kids. We built snowmen and had snowball fights. We are so excited to spend the next two years in Korea.
